Local authority or council zwrot z podatkow anglia had been created with Great britain inside 1993, changing all the unpopular City podatek holenderski Ask for. There can be ten residence companies, to include Ring The to make sure you Wedding ring L. Wrist band Some directories any attributes who've minimum survey not to mention ring L details the larger types. That motive Zwrot podatku z Anglii driving any release for this completely new zwrot podatkuation technique was initially to finance various consumer products along the lines of flame, junk, your local library, educational institutions, discretion revolves, path cleaning up, consumer transfer and so. On the other hand, zwrot z podatku w holandii experts agree it is realized resulting from mistaken appraisal of this attributes within the yr 1991, Zwrot podatku w Anglii banding for six hundred, 000 real estate can be completely wrong and thus, the home keepers as well as the dwellers tend to be forking out far more Anglia zwrot podatku as compared to zwrot podatku z holandii that they truly need to.
zwrot z podatku holandia

Local authority or council zwrot podatku z uk was first announced inside The uk with 1993, overtaking all the unpopular Neighborhood podatki w UK Price. The zwrot z podatku wielka brytania is normally excised with just about every single residential home around The united kingdom, Scotland and additionally Wales, regardless of actuality if the property or home is normally bought or possibly leased. The popular podatek holenderski procedure nestled all family home for six numerous bands and artists rozliczenie podatku Anglia by all the survey with the buildings. You can find nine building companies, which range from Strap An important for you to Ring L. Wedding band Some sort of details the particular attributes that are fitted with least survey and also group They would listings the more expensive models. The actual purpose zwrot podatku wielka brytania associated with typically the opening for this latest zwrot podatkuation method has been to finance quite a few open public offerings which include terminate, crap, your local library, educational institutions, recreational revolves, highway cleanup, court travel and so forth. Yet, Zwrot podatku z Anglii it's realized caused by problematic value of your homes while in the yr 1991, zwrot z podatku uk banding regarding 800, 000 houses are usually false and consequently, the home and property keepers as well as the dwellers really are forking over further podatki w uk when compared with Zwrot podatku z Anglii they will basically should certainly. All the Worth Business Organisation (VOA) inside He uk by itself records of which about 903, 000 real estate on The united kingdom that will acquired crafted a good elegance designed for revising of their total zwrot podatku anglia real estate banding got gained ones own Anglia cheaper.

There's lots of families and additionally dwellers that know his or her banding to remain improper and so plan to re-assess their house worth. On these types of occasions, certain simple measures how the households really need to adhere to earlier than tricky your banding not to mention in search of authorities rozliczenie podatku z holandii zwrot podatku relating to the supplemental monthly payment zwrot podatku anglia built. An important issue can be examining a banding while using neighbour's. it can be crucial to learn or possibly a nearby neighbors banding is gloomier alongside exact same homes. In case it is thus, a powerful draw designed for re-assessment might be prepared and even zwrot podatku uk may be searched.
Considering that banding in the residential homes zwrot z podatku uk inside The united kingdom will be based upon the actual 1991 worth, it truly is absolutely essential to understand on-line entrance what i mean 1991, when cutting edge strategy in local authority or council zwroty podatkow holandia has been presented. Because of this, you have to utilise that Country wide Family home Price tag Finance calculator that will measure the approximate from his / her property like for example 1991 after which it evaluate it's price considering the group of musicians according to zwroty podatkow holandia of which that crumbles. Should that worth investigate supplies connection between your houses becoming slipped into excessive rings, the elegance to get examination about house Zwrot podatku Anglia banding are usually prepared.
A good attraction to get Zwrot podatku w Anglii piece re-assessment will have to be made out of that Appraisal Place of work Firm. Survey Company Bureau webpage will also be known the place that the events should zwrot z podatkow anglia offer advantages for having re-banding say and even reveal as to why people presume his or her podatki w UK banding while erroneous.
But, previous to tempting regarding rozliczanie podatku holandia banding critique, factors for instance checking your authorities zwrot podatku wielka brytania rubberbandz having various real estate throughout a person's community not to mention looking into that changes in addition to supplements which is designed to Zwrot podatku z UK all the attributes really need to be carried out appropriately. It is undeniable if you have a building was in the greater music group since the neighboring is harmful wrist band. For that reason a new re-assessment is able to see that neighbour's group of musicians increase, and that is by no means establishes good to her contribute to. It can be subsequently essential for home holder to try residence value take a look at ahead of tempting meant for authorities zwrot podatku uk re-assessment as well as requesting P45 zwrot podatku banding.

A few words from the organiser

May I start with thanking every single player that came to the event for making it a very special weekend.

But special thanks has to go to the following people:

Brett & Steve, the core members of the team.
Jon Coles, Marcus Stacey-Bradbury and Mike Harrison for taking on the huge task of commanding each side and doing a fantastic job.
Carl Silver for the sounds effects.
Mark Goddard for coming down for the Friday and Saturday just to help where he could.
TLSFX for the usual stonking good pyro and some excellent new pyro in the form of the 3rd gen stuff.
The marshalling team; Sean, Matt & Si, Andy Stevens and the lads from UCAP, and Charlie Keller and the team Dark Angels.
Loraines Kitchen for their excellent catering once again.
Dave Manning (Airsoft Skirmish) for the tents and the shop.
Jayson Sladen for the use of the quad bike.
Plus anyone else that contributed towards the success of the weekends action.

A very special thank you has to go to all those that helped with the cleanup of the site afterwards with emphasis on Sean, Matt & Si, Andy Stevens and the UCAP team.

And finally, it would be criminal not to say a special thanks to Julie, for her unconditional support both leading up to these events as well as during the actual weekend itself.

Ok let's get down to business.

Armenia forces soon moved through the streets of the small town and made significant progress before making full contact with the enemy.

They fought hard and it was not long before their guts and determination pushed the Azerbaijan reconnaissance unit back to the northern outskirts of the town.

But by mid-afternoon Azerbaijan forces started to turn the battle around and it was not long before the Armenian force was on the back foot.

One lost fire-fight led to another as the casualties increased and the Armenian units started to take massive losses, with emphasis on the loss of command and control due to heavy losses of its commanders in the field.

By contrast, Azerbaijan medics worked hard to keep their commanders in the battle including well executed casevacs when required.

By early evening the Armenian covering force had been completely destroyed and the remnants had been pushed beyond the outskirts of the town.

What was left of the Armenian force withdrew to regroup and once they had been joined by a reserve unit they were ready to attempt a counter-attack against the enemy occupying force. At the same time an Armenian transport helicopter crashed in the area of pine woodlands north-west of the town.

An Armenian SF unit operating within the area was sent in to extract any survivors. Two teams were sent in which attracted some attention from the Azerbaijan's for which consequently they sent a platoon to investigate.

Upon arrival the Armenian SF unit had found the helicopters pilot and was preparing to extract him when contact broke out. One of the SF teams began to extract the pilot whilst the second team carried out a delaying action on the Azerbaijan unit. What followed was an intense fire-fight both along the edge of the woodlands as well as within. But finally the Armenians were able to successfully extract the pilot.

Whilst the contact in the woods was unfolding the reinforced Armenian company started its counter-offensive and whilst the opening assaults were very successful primarily due to the intense rolling artillery barrage that ripped through the southern district of the town, the offensive ground to a halt nearly halfway through the town.

As darkness approached both forces settled in for the night as various fire-fights broke out during the evening and through to the early hours of the morning.

By first light both forces were once more exchanging rounds at each other and as the morning went on the intensity of the fighting increased, but no matter how much each side tried, neither were able to make any significant gains in ground….which ended in a stalemate.

Conclusion:

Well Armenia started very well in the opening hours of the weekend as well as throughout the afternoon, but by late afternoon this soon turned as the Azerbaijanis got a grip of themselves, settled down and started to win back the fight.

By approximately 1800hrs, the Azerbaijan force had completely dominated the entire town and the Armenians were forced to retreat and regroup.

An Armenian counter-attack was launched at approximately 1930hrs whilst an SF extraction mission took place in the north-west outskirts. The opening offensive started well and a foothold in the town was established.

Although the SF mission was highly successful, it was not enough to pull back the losses from the retreat witnessed only a few hours beforehand.

The evening was evenly balanced as well as through the night time fighting. But finally this too was dominated by the Azerbaijanis as the action wound down by 0300hrs.

The following day was fought hard by both sides, and neither was really able to push the other back too far before counter-attacks quickly re-gained lost ground. So the Sunday morning action was seen as a level pegged fight.
Ultimately victory could only go to one side ……

AZERBAIJAN

Once again, a massive thank you goes to all the players that attended. As an organiser I can only set the stage, for you guys to do what you do best…..make war!!!

I look forward to seeing many of you again at Steve's charity game in August which TA Events is pleased to be sponsoring.

As for the next TA Events game, well stay tuned for something around October...Location: TOP SECRET.

Oh and finally the Purple Heart award goes to one of the Azerbaijan players (who shall remain nameless), for having a fight with the corner of a building and receiving 3 stitches for his efforts. But he was back from Hospital on the Saturday evening and back in the fight the next day. Now that is what I call commitment!!!! .... however, if I receive a bill for the damaged wall then I will be sending it his way!

Music / Sound Effects Feedback

Hi Guys and Gals,

Nice to see so many posts saying you lot had a great time

As you may have noticed (unless i deafened you like i did datamonkey ) we took full advantage of the sound system at senny on PR III with both music and sound cues. Ian and myself spent ages searching for the right music tracks and i spent a good few weeks mixing up the ambient gunfire, arty etc.

On a personal note, i thought the light gunfire & occasional distant arty added some real atmosphere as the light slipped away and the flares went up

Was it over-used? Was the ambient battle sound too repetitive? I would love to get some feedback off you guys - good or bad - so that i can make any improvements if needed

The Basics of Command - A Guide

Dear All,

I'm breaking my forum virginity (be gentle) to share something i put together a while back on relating basic ideas of command for Mil-Sim.

I hope you find it useful and even interesting. Feel free to give me a slating at the event, I'm sure you can track me down.

Huddy

---------------------------------

Basic Principles of Infantry Command

The Purpose of Command

The purpose of infantry command is to enable individual riflemen to most effectively engage with and kill the enemy. Command in the context of the infantry is an enabler, pure and simple. Command must ensure that the power of infantrymen is directed at the most vulnerable parts of the enemy and that each individual element is properly trained, directed and equipped. Good command means nothing without the ability for order and strategy to be executed, just as sustained and accurate fire accompanied by effective tactical movement performed by individual infantrymen means nothing without effective command to direct and control it.

The purpose of this paper is to summarise the basic principles of command as they apply to military-simulation (mil-sim) airsoft. It assume that individuals are comfortable with the NATO orders system, the organisation of Battalions into Companies, Platoons and Sections, and the fundamental principle of Mission Command (see below for summary).

It is intendeds a primer for those without military experience but who are placed into or interested in having command positions at mil-sim events. It should be read alongside any number of text, including the Soldier’s Pocket Book (2004, Military Pocket Books Ltd) as well as the ARRSE e-nirex (

Key Principles
As stated above, the role of the commander, at all levels, is to get those under their command into the right place at the right time with the right kit and to know what they are to do there; these are the most essential duties.

Breaking this down, command involves:
•	Navigation
•	Timings and Coordinating these timings
•	Equipment and Supplies (and making sure that individuals have what is needed)
•	Communicating orders
•	Ensuring that orders are understood

In order to accomplish this, there are several important principles to know and to use throughout.

Mission Command
Mission Command involves commanders giving order which dictate their Intent – ie the effect which they require subordinates to accomplish – rather than the method. For example: 2 Platoon will capture hill Zulu in order to provide fire support to 1 Platoon’s assault. IC 2 Pln must therefore choose how to go about this on the basis of his experience and may adapt his approach as circumstances change. His OC does not say “capture hill Zulu using the ridge on the NW slope having crossed the river at point Bravo”. Instead, IC 2Pln has the freedom to adapt his plan and to use his initiative.

When Giving Orders
When giving orders, you must be clear what you want to happen and how each component of your command will work to achieve it. If you don’t know what you want to happen, get out of the way and let someone else through who will.

Basics

You need to think about who you are giving orders to and what the roles of the components of your command (infantrymen and fire teams as a Section Commander; Sections as a Platoon Commander etc) have and how they relate to each other in terms of space (ie where) and time (ie when).

Add this detail to your overall intent (ie what you want to happen in the end) and you have a plan.

The hardest part though, is communicating this.

Communicating the Plan

Communicating the plan is otherwise known as the orders process.
Orders must be:
•	Accurate
•	Brief
•	Clear

Everyone must know what their role is. It is your responsibility that they do so, make sure you confirm their knowledge, using questions after the briefing.

Details and Things to Think About

•	Explain your plan using a map or better, a model. Pictures make list easy for people, especially the infantry and Intelligence Corps. Whether you’re a Bn, Pln or Sn Commander, maps and models make everything clearer and easier.

•	Remember always to pass on planning time to the people who will carry it out – pass on 2/3 of the time you have because making the plan is the easy but, people need time to work out how to execute their bit of it.

•	Consider using the orders headings used by the British Army and NATO (ARRSE e-Nirex) to feel war-like and hard and also to make sure you do not miss anything out.

When Receiving Orders
The most important part of the process is listening. Listen to your Commander’s plan and make sure you understand your role in it and how that relates to what other people are doing. If you do not understand, ask – there is no shame in it but there is in getting it wrong later.

In the Heat of the Moment

Having given the orders, H-Hour will come and go, and your guys need to make it happen. IF your plan is good, you do not need to do anything know as you will have attacked the enemy’s vulnerabilities with pace and surprise and it will be over before you know it. Back in the real world though, you’ll need to tweak it. This is where a few top tips come in to accelerate what everyone else learns from experience:

•	Make sure people know the plan and what they’re doing
•	Trust your subordinates (ie do not interfere)
•	Choose good commanders and don’t be afraid to change them if needed
•	Reinforce Success
•	Never reinforce failure
•	Reconnaissance is vital (but you did that already right?)
•	Once you stop, send out security and set sentries (otherwise you will be killed)
•	The basics matter

The Importance of Good Section Command
Remember what was said at the start, Command is all about getting the infantrymen to kill. Section (Sn) Commanders help you do that more than anyone. Section Commanders need to:

•	Know what the job of their Section is in the plan
•	Know where they are in relation to other units
•	Make sure the whole section knows this

Section Commanders and their Section 2ICs have more basic jobs too, they must:
•	Make sure that the section is well fed and hydrated
•	Make sure ammo levels are maximised
•	Make sure communications work
•	Make sure that the section is cammed up properly

If you remember that every time you stop, the section checks ammo, comms, cammo, water and food, you’ll not go far wrong.

Conclusion
One thing that has not been mentioned in any detail here is communications. It is no exaggeration to say that without comms, Command does not and will never work. Comms does not need to be complex. Radios are a luxury. Get people together; have a loud and clear voice and more than anything, keep talking. As a Commander you need to know if your plan is working and whether you can move your drinks cabinet 4 feet closer to Berlin. If not, you need to know this, to change things pronto and then to tell people to change it.

Final thoughts:
Rule Number 1 – Know what you want to achieve.
Rule Number 2 – Make sure everyone knows your intent and their role in achieving it
Rule Number 3 – Keep it simple because shit does and will happen

The job of the Commander is to ENABLE, never forget this. The best way to go about this is to make sure your plan is achievable and realistic and then communicate and make sure it is understood. Pln and Sn Commanders need then to sort their people out, to get basic admin sorted out because that’s where it matters, right there at ground level.

LAST MINUTES MOD REQUIREMENTS

LAST MINUTE CHANGES....

The MOD have recently reviewed 3rd party civilian usage of the training area and as a consequence they have asked TA Events to make the following changes to the weekend.

For Health & Safety reasons they have demanded that the game stops at various times in order to reduce the risk of injury. Therefore the game will stop for one hour at lunchtime, supper and breakfast on the Sunday.

The game will also endex at 2000hrs on the Saturday and continue at 0700hrs on Sunday. This is because we have been told that it is preferred that we do not play after dark.

All AEG’s will need to have bright orange tape wrapped around the barrels so they are not confused for real weapons by any squaddies that maybe in the area.

Finally we have been told to try and minimise treading on the grassy areas because they are concerned that it might churn the grass up.

I am really sorry but I have no choice but to act in accordance with MOD requirements.

But I am sure everyone will still have a good time.

Battle Dress Uniform - Clothing and Team Colours

Hi

Can I ask how strict the rules on Battle dress will be ?

Not wearing the correct team uniform is unforgivable.

Azerbaijan: Desert DPM, Multicam or ACU
Armenia: Green DPM, such as British DPM or US Woodlands, Flectarn or O/D clothing

HOWEVER this will be Wales in April with the potential for foul wet weather fairly high, I am unsure how many Azerbaijan: (Desert DPM, Multicam or ACU) will have these colour waterproofs, thus will be wearing green / olive just like the Armenia's

will it just be a case of Look before you shoot ?

Regards

SYNOPSIS

Advanced elements of the Azerbaijan and Armenian forces clash in a small town deep within Nagorna-Karabakh region.

FORCES

Azerbaijan Army - 100 players
Desert DPM, Multicam, ACU

Description: Reconnaissance elements of a Azerbaijan light infantry battalion have been tasked with moving forward ahead of the main body which is about to launch a major offensive against the Armenian frontline.

Armenian Army - 100 players
Green DPM, such as British DPM, US Woodlands and Flectarn

Description: An Armenian infantry company that has been tasked with moving forward to create a screen in which to delay an enemy advance while prepared defences are being built. Their objective is to delay the enemies advance until the main force is ready to meet the enemy.

KEY GAMING ELEMENTS

Fixed command posts located on the outer perimeter of the village will be used for central planning by command staff. These will be located near each forces regen area.

Large tents wil be used for at the regen point where ammunition and other supplies can be stored. Power will also be provided for battery charging. Maps of the village will also be provided for teams to carry out the planning of offensive and defensive operations.

Strict ammo limitations will be back for PR3 but in order to facilitate the flow of the game FOB’s will be used within the game. This will mean that each side can allocate a building to act as a FOB where additional supplies can be stored and players can use this building to re-arm. But if the building is overrun by the enemy then the supplies are lost (returned to regen).

KIA's will be counted and enemy KIA's will lead to force bonuses. Bonuses include artillery support, airstrikes, UAV sweeps and medical supplies.

This event is about the clearing and securing of a small town preceeding a large offensive, consequently all buildings in the village will be allocated points and at various times during the event these building points will be allocated to the force who is currently occupying the building.

Standard medic rules will apply in general but to add a new twist, special and more realistic rules will be used for all command elements within the game. Take out a commander and it will have a serious effect on the enemies command, control and commications.

Improvements

Booking

First choice vs second choice

It was originally added so that if I had to juggle players from one side to the other in order to re-balance the sides then I had a means of knowing who would be prepared to move to the other side.

For future events it will also be used to allocate your booking to your second choice side in the event that your first choice has no more availability. But should more places become available on your first choice side then you will be contacted and given the option of moving on to your first choice side.

Number of places left

The number of places currently available will be shown next to each side when you are on the booking pages.

Viewing who has booked

When you reach the page where you enter the number of players for the booking and the team name you will have the option to see if any of your team mates have already booked.

There will be a search form on the page where you can enter a Christian name, a surname or a team name and all matches will be shown, showing you the players name (or nickname), their team name (if applicable) and what side they have signed up to.

Entering a nickname

You will now have the option of providing a nick name when you reach the page where you enter your details. Your nickname will be used where ever your name is displayed on the website or the forum. If you do not provide a nickname then your real name will be shown.

Allocating a section commander and medic

After you have entered your details will then be taken to the section commander and medic selection page.
If you are a single booking then you will be asked if you want to be selected as a possible section commander or a medic.

If you are making a group booking of 13 or less players then you will be asked to allocate a member to a section commander role as well as a medic role.

If you have more than 13 players then you will be asked to group them in to sections and allocate one section commander and one medic per section.

You will then be shown the confirmation page and everyone on the booking is sent a email confirming their place.

No waiting for confirmation

Once you have made a booking then you will be automatically allocated a place straight away unless all places have gone in which case you will be placed on the reserve queue.

Booking maintenance

Each player will be given a user name and password which they can use to get to the booking maintenance pages. There players can update their details and cancel their booking if they need to.

The person who made a group booking will also be able to remove members from their booking, add new members and replace existing members with a different member (should a player drop out).

This will be known as the “My Booking” system.

Pre-ordering pages

Within your “My Booking” area you will be able to pre-order pyro for the event. There will be nothing to pay until you arrive but it will give us a clearer indication of what needs to be ordered and in what quantities.

Automatic PayPal Payment Processing

All PayPal payments will be automatically processed and when a payment is received a confirmation email will be sent which will also contain the password for your sides password for the private sub-forum.

Days to pay the deposit

There will be a strict 7 day payment period which will now be strictly enforced. If we have not received your payment within 7 days of your booking being placed then your ticket is automatically placed back on the availability queue.

Game improvements

Medics

Normal rules will apply, in that each players will be given one personal bandage for their first hit, only medic can apply a bandage for the second hit and their 3rd hit = dead. In all cases there will be a 10 minute bleed out time.

Section medics will be assigned before the event will be allocated with X number of bandages before the game starts.

All commanders from section level up will have different rules for when they are hit. These rules simulate more advanced casualty simulation and can involve anything from a flesh wound to a full casevac.

Forward Observation Officers

A new role will be created to add “Forward Observation Officers” to the equation. These guys are responsible for coordinating and calling in all artillery fire missions as well as close air support.

Ammo

Ammo rules will return to pre-PR2 rules. With some exceptions.

All players can only carry the specified limits for their role in to the field. All spare ammo must be left in the regen.

FOB's can be created by each side to store additional supplies in game and this area can be used to re-arm without having to return to regen. However that can be captured by the enemy and lost (all supplies will be returned to regen).

A new FOB can be created if the enemy overrun your existing FOB but a time delay will eb enforced before a new FOB can be created.

Ammo supply drops might also be considered.

Commanders

Discounted ticket prices for Platoon level command and above

All selected platoon and company commanders will now be offered a heavily discounted ticket price to encourage all commanders to carry out the role they have been assigned. We realise that if someone pays for a ticket then they want to play airsoft and that includes shooting other players.

However this is not the primary role of a platoon commander which is a very serious role and requires commitment from the person carrying out that role.

So in order for us to successfully implement this in future events, all platoon level commanders will have pre-selected from players that volunteer for the role and if selected they will receive a substantially discount on their ticket price.

...

We have many more changes being made but more information about these will be provided closer to the event.
