One-Click booking registration

TA Events will be introducing a One-Click booking solution prior to the launch of Phoenix Rising II. All you have to do to take advantage of this is to register your details before booking.

What is "One-Click" booking?

Previous events have always required all participants to enter some basic information when making their booking. For individual bookings this is not too much hardship, but for someone making a booking for 30 players then it becomes a tedious task. "One-click" booking aims to make it easier for booking at future events by taking the information from the players at the time of registration and holding those details for future games. So the next time you book, all you have to do is log in and click a "book now" button.

If you are adding new players to the booking that are not registered then some basic information is still required, such as name and email address. But if those players were already registered as part of your team then all you have to do is select them as part of your booking and they will automatically become part of that booking.

Can I still book places on events without registering?

Of course you can. The registration is only there to make it easier for you when you book at future events. If you choose not to register then you can enter your details at the time of booking.

When will the "One-Click" booking be available?

It is currently in development at this moment in time, but it is very much hoped that it will be ready in time for when the bookings open for Phoenix Rising II.

What information do I need to provide in order to register?

Most of the information will be the same as previous events but there will be more optional items of information that you will be asked to provide, but they are optional.

Required information would be:

  • First name
  • Middle name (if applicable)
  • Last name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Contact telephone number
  • User name
  • Password

Optional information would be:

  • Medical conditions (conditions that we need know about at events)
  • Volunteering for a command role

What other advantages are there for registered members?

Registered members will have an opportunity to book for an event before the booking opens to the public.

There may also be some private games that will only be available to registered members.

How will I know when I can pre-register?

Keeping an eye on the website or through the TA Events newsletter.  If you have already been to a TA Events game then you will be on our newsletter register and will recieve a TA Events newsletter from time to time.
