Most Common Questions and Answers This Questions & Answers section is to help you find the answers to the most frequently asked questions. This section will be regularly updated. Booking Questions When does booking start? The current plan is to have the booking system available by Monday 15 September. This may be slightly delayed if we have not received a booking confirmation from the MOD by that point. Can I book for a team? Yes. You will however need to provide the name, email address, age and length of time they have been playing airsoft. If I book for a team do I have to pay for all team members? No. Each team member will receive a unique booking reference which can be used to pay individually if they so wish. Or the team representative can pay for all the member, or some of the members of the booking. Will I get email confirmation of my booking? Yes. You will receive confirmation of your booking request and then you will receive a 2nd email upto 48 hours later which is your booking confirmation email. What payment types do you accept? The following payments are accepted when paying your deposit. PayPal Card Payments (via Paypal) Cheque Postal Order Bank Transfer What if I miss the 7 day deadline for paying my deposit? Your booking will be placed back in the queue and your place may be lost. Game Site Questions What time can I arrive? 16:00 on Friday 5th December. Can I arrive in the early hours of Saturday morning? Yes. The check-in desk will be open all night. Can I arrive before Friday and camp? No. Can I camp on site after the event? No. Where will the campsite be? The campsite will be located immediately outside of the perimeter fence, on the southern side of the village and adjacent to the car park. Do you have running water on site? Yes. There is running drinking water available from a tap. Do you sell hot food? Yes. There will be a burger van present selling hot food. Are there any showers on site? No. Can I cook in the buildings? Yes. What payment methods do you accept for the final payment at check-in? Cash only. Game Questions Can we use the lofts? No. Access to the lofts is a major health and safety risk. Can we use the roofs in the Iraqi Village? No. A major health and safety risk. Which buildings are out of bounds? At this stage we do not know until MOD confirms. Will the lighting be used all night? No. Lighting will be on between 17:00 and 23:59 on the Saturday and between 04:00 and 07:00 on the Sunday. Why is the game starting and finishing earlier than previous games at Copehill? It will give the players more daylight hours action on the Saturday To give us more daylight time on the Sunday to clean up and hand over the village back to the Army. Who will the commanders be? Commanders will be recruited from the player base to take the roles of Company and Platoon commanders. Will you be using 4 watt radios again? Definitely. 4 Watt radios will be allocated right down to section level commanders. What frequency will they be set on? Unknown. Radio hire companies hold back such information.
