Booking Questions
The current plan is to have the booking system available by Monday 15 September. This may be slightly delayed if we have not received a booking confirmation from the MOD by that point.
Yes. You will however need to provide the name, email address, age and length of time they have been playing airsoft.
No. Each team member will receive a unique booking reference which can be used to pay individually if they so wish. Or the team representative can pay for all the member, or some of the members of the booking.
Yes. You will receive confirmation of your booking request and then you will receive a 2nd email upto 48 hours later which is your booking confirmation email.

Your booking will be placed back in the queue and your place may be lost.

Yes. The check-in desk will be open all night.
The campsite will be located immediately outside of the perimeter fence, on the southern side of the village and adjacent to the car park.
Yes. There is running drinking water available from a tap.
Yes. There will be a burger van present selling hot food.

No. Lighting will be on between 17:00 and 23:59 on the Saturday and between 04:00 and 07:00 on the Sunday.

- To give us more daylight time on the Sunday to clean up and hand over the village back to the Army.
Commanders will be recruited from the player base to take the roles of Company and Platoon commanders.
Definitely. 4 Watt radios will be allocated right down to section level commanders.
Unknown. Radio hire companies hold back such information.
