How safe is it this time?
The Celieni village at SENTA is the property of the Ministry of Defence, consequently, even when the hire of the village is confirmed, there can never be 100% training will take a higher priority.
But I have been told this weekend is as safe as safe can be as a unit is finishing their training on the Friday and another will be starting on the Monday, so there is little room for another unit just to use the village for 2 days.
However, the MOD do have the right to cancel the event at any stage during the leadup to the weekend. This might be the case if the Army require the village for urgent training. So please be aware of this before booking your tickets for the event.
In the event of this happening, all players will receive a full refund of their deposit.
Booking Facts
Before you go ahead and book please take note of the following pieces of information
- This is a MilSim event. If you want to run off and shoot everything that moves and generally do your own thing that this event is not for you!
- Because of the MilSim nature, NO Hi-Caps are allowed at the event. Don't think you can sneak them in because if you are caught using them then you are out.
- Strict camo rules will be in use
- Ammo limits will be in force, starting with a 600bb limit for rifleman per life.
- Only book if you are definitely sure you want the places. Think twice before you book.
- MINIMUM AGE IS 16, NO EXCEPTIONS.
The other key point to note is that by booking you are not automatically guaranteed a place. Places will be rolled out carefully to ensure that all sides are equally balanced during the booking process. So once booked, be patient. As soon as a place is available you will be notified, but it may not be for at least 48 hours.
Information needed to book your place at the event is:
- Name
- Email Address
- Contact Telephone number
- Age
- Number of years playing airsoft
- Country
You must select a first choice side as well as a second choice side (although you can specify that you are not interested in a second choice).
If you are making a group booking then we will need the following information about the rest of the players in the group:
- Name
- Email Address
- Age
- Number of years playing airsoft
A deposit of £55 will be required within 7 days of your place being confirmed.
Insurance Waiver
Players that attend this event will be required to complete an insurance waiver. If you are under 18 then this waiver has to be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Please do not forget to bring the completed insurance waiver with you when you attend the event. If you forget to bring the completed waiver, more will be available within the admin building, which you can ask for upon arrival.
