We are taking bookings!!!!

Please stop and read the information below before proceeding. Once you are ready you will find a link to the first step of the booking process at the bootom of thisd page.

Team Booking

We have created provisions for group/team bookings. In fact the system will let you reserve up to 60 places with one booking.

But PLEASE make you are absolutely sure you team mates definately intend to come to the event. Last year we had teams booking over 15 places and then the majority of those 15 cancelled because the booking person did not confirm with them whether they wanted to go or not.

Things to be aware of before booking: 

Before you book you should stop and consider the type of event that is TA4:

• Locaps & Midcaps only.  Hicaps are not permitted.
• Command Structures
• Medic Rules
• Restricted Ammo

As the person making the booking you will be required to:

• Choose your side (Any side, Coalition or Rebel)
• Select whether it is a single booking or a team booking (and if so, then the number of players in the team).
• Enter a team name if you are making a group/team booking.

For each person on your booking you will also be required to provide the following information:

• Full name
• Age
• Email Address
• Contact telephone number (required from the booking person but not for other members)
• Country (optional)
• Postal Code (optional)

Age restrictions

All players must be over the age of 16 years of age.

Players younger than 18 are strongly advised to wear a full face mask.

Deposits.

Once booked you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £45.00 for each person on your booking.  This deposit is non-refundable and is required within 14 days. 

Failure to provide the deposit within 14 days will result in your booking being suspended, which could lead to the booking being lost if spaces are in much demand.

Remaining Payment.

The remaining balance of £30 should be paid upon arrival at the site. 

Payment methods prior to the event.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Paypal*

* We will charge a £2.00 transaction fee for every deposit paid through PayPal. Or a £3.00 transaction fee if you were paying the full ticket price.
