TA Events mainly operates on MOD Army property. Because of this there is always a risk that we may lose the venue due to British Army training requirements.
This rarely happens, but you should be aware of this before you book.
In the event of a cancellation, TA Events will try to re-schedule the event where possible and offer you the chance to change to a new date/venue or have your deposit refunded.
We can not be held responsible for refunding transportation expenses such as flight or ferry tickets.
Event deposits are non-refundable.
Therefore if you cancel your place then you will not be entitled to a refund.
The exception to this rule is when we lose an MOD bid and have no choice but to re-schedule the event or change venue. In such cirmcumstances then you would be entitled to a full deposit refund.

Our rules are quite detailed, whilst remaining simple to understand. We believe that the level of detail in our rules leads to much more immersive events. Please make the effort to read the rules for the sake of the game and everyone attending the event.
